Pricing questions
How much does DESTIN cost?
DESTIN offers custom pricing built around your operation. Request a quote based on users, offices, approximate shipment volume, modes, provider usage, integrations and rollout needs.
Can a small freight forwarder request a quote?
Yes. Independent forwarders and multi-office teams can request a quote. Estimates are welcome, and operation details are optional in the inquiry form.
Are core features sold as separate modules?
Quotes, shipments, documents, tracking, customs status, basic warehouse visibility, finance, CRM and the importer portal remain core. Exactly three optional paid software add-ons are Customs, Prospect Booster (DESTIN SHARK), and Full WMS. Onboarding is free; the freight forwarder subscribes once and its importer warehouse portal is included. Add-on pricing is agreed separately, not a shipment storage fee.
What affects our quote?
Your team size, offices, shipment volume and modes, required integrations, provider consumption and rollout needs help define the scope. Commercial terms are agreed in your custom quote.
How are third-party costs handled?
Premium tracking, enrichment, trade data, high-volume processing, SMS, customs transmissions and EDI can carry third-party costs. Applicable usage allowances and pass-through charges are explained in your quote. Payment and financing fees follow the payment partner’s terms.
What happens when I request a quote?
